Julianne Hough chats away on her iPhone as she shops around The Grove in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (September 4).

The 23-year-old actress met up with big brother Derek, who had Dancing With The Stars: All-Stars rehearsals earlier in the afternoon.

Julianne and Derek both picked a few things up from Barneys New York before heading out to lunch.
