Lucy Hale sparkles in a pair of French Connection shorts as she arrives at The Beverly Center in Los Angeles on Thursday night (September 6).

The 23-year-old actress joined Kylie and Kendall Jenner in hosting the night’s festivities at the complex for Fashion’s Night Out 2012.
