Zendaya lounges back in a director’s chair in this new shot from Teen Vogue‘s 2012 Young Hollywood Portfolio.

The 16-year-old actress, wearing a Miu Miu stop, pants and tie, dishes to to the glossy about what called her to the spotlight: “I would beg her [my mom] to let me come to work with her. I’d pass out programs, sell raffle tickets, whatever I could to be a part of it.”

Zendaya added, “I like being busy.”
