Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough have some fun with their rehearsals in this new Instagram pic.

The 20-year-old Olympian took Derek, 27, to the balance beam for practice on Wednesday afternoon (September 19).

“Having fun, working out, and trying not to split the 4 inch beam ;) @Derekhough #impressed #dwts,” she wrote.

After practice, Derek and Shawn were all laughs outside the studio where Derek made himself shorter for the cameras.
