'The Vampire Diaries' Season Premiere Pics!

Candice Accola gets close with Michael Trevino in this new still from season premiere of The Vampire Diaries.

In “Growing Pains,” Elena (Nina Dobrev) awakens on the morning after the accident to find the thing she dreaded most has come true – she died with vampire blood in her system and now must go through the terrible transition to become a vampire…or face certain death.

Stefan (Paul Wesley) promises Elena that he and Bonnie (Kat Graham) will exhaust every possible way out of the situation, but Damon (Ian Somerhalder) is furious with his brother for letting Elena die in the first place.

“Growing Pains” airs Thursday, October 11th @ 9PM ET/PT on The CW. 15+ pics inside…

I am seriously on watching this season for Karoline and Klaus. aka Klaroline!!!

These photos look like the moment that Caroline realizes that Klaus is possessing Tyler’s body. I hope this is the case, because the thought that the story could extend more than one episode is unsettling. I have been trying to come up with theories of how he’ll regain his body with a co-worker at DISH. But, this show is constantly surprising, so it’s too soon to tell. I am so intrigued to find out for sure when I watch the episode on my Hopper. My busy schedule often interferes with my shows, so I love that I can set it to automatically record the entire season. With 2,000 hours of recording space, there’s plenty of room for all of the shows I watch. This season looks amazing so far, I can’t wait to spend my weekends watching the drama unfold in Mystic Falls.
