Lucy Hale: Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party

Lucy Hale blows a kiss on the carpet at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party on Thursday night (September 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress wore a lovely Dior dress and heels with an Edie Parker clutch. She completed her look with Adeler earrings and Dana Rebecca Designs rings.
