Sarah Hyland and boyfriend Matt Prokop stick together at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party on Thursday night (September 27) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress dolled up in an Erin Fetherston dress with Brian Atwood heels and Lauren Merkin clutch. Matt went with an Emporio Armani ensemble.
