Halston Sage dolls up in a little black dress for Padres Contra el Cancer’s 2012 El Sueno de Esperanza Gala held at the New Tropicana Las Vegas on Saturday night (September 29).

The 19-year-old How to Rock actress lent her support to the organization which is committed to improving the quality of life for Latino children with cancer and their families.
