Bella Thorne hits the red carpet at the “Latinos In Hollywood” celebration with Latina Magazine held at The London West Hollywood on Thursday night (October 4) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 14-year-old actress dolled up in BCBGMAXAZRIA‘s “Abigail” cocktail dress for the night’s festivities.
