In “The Trial,” the lawsuit against the hospital comes to a head as Angelo (Gilles Marini) returns in time for the beginning of the trial.

Meanwhile, Bay (Vanessa Marano) scrambles to return the money she “borrowed” from John to help Zarra (Tania Raymonde).

Daphne (Leclerc) and Jeff (Justin Bruening) struggle in their relationship and Emmett (Sean Berdy), Nikki (Cassi Thomson) and Toby (Lucas Grabeel) form a new band.

“The Trial” airs Monday, October 15th @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC Family.
