Kiernan Shipka is black, white, and pretty all over at the 2012 Elle Women in Hollywood celebration held at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday (October 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 12-year-old Mad Men actress completed her adorable outfit with a hot pink clutch that looked like a book. So cute!
