Lea Michele is lovely in black at the 2012 Elle Women in Hollywood celebration held at the Four Seasons Hotel on Monday (October 15) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 26-year-old actress was joined on the red carpet by her Glee co-star Naya Rivera.

“Tonight = Kristen Wiig commenting on her constipation and Elle Fanning is my new hero. BEST NIGHT EVER!” she wrote from the event.

FYI: Lea is wearing a Zimmerman dress, B by Brian Atwood heels, J Hadley jewels, and a Diane Von Furstenberg bag.
