Julianne Hough steals the spotlight in a silver dress at the 2012 Carousel Of Hope Ball held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Saturday evening (October 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Held every two years, the event has raised over $75 million dollars towards finding a cure for diabetes. George Clooney was honored during the star-studded affair.

JJJ also got our hands on a few new pics from Julianne‘s upcoming movie, Safe Haven.

The film centers on a young woman (Hough) with a dark past who arrives in a small North Carolina town, and reluctantly begins a relationship with a widowed store owner (Josh Duhamel) and his two children, and a friendship with her plainspoken neighbor.

FYI: Julianne is wearing a Jenny Packham gown.
