Donatello has mastered his plans to spend more time with April in this new clip from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

In the episode “Monkey Brains, ” when Donnie (Rob Paulsen) and April (Mae Whitman) investigate a scientist’s disappearance, they encounter a psychic monkey, forcing the Turtles to learn that some battles are won in the mind.

April discovers she has a rare gift when she is able to “communicate” with the monkey and Splinter (Hoon Lee) and he offers to train her as a female ninja as her newfound gift intrigues him.

“Monkey Brains” airs TODAY @ 11AM ET/PT on Nickelodeon. Check out a preview below!
