The 20-year-old Awkward actress opened up to the glossy about tattoos, her alter ego Jenna and the roles she wants to play. Check it:

On her tattoo future: “I honestly don’t know just yet [what's next]. Most likely some tattoos. I have some quotes in mind that have really shaped me and helped me be the best I can be, and I would love to have those in permanent reminders of sorts.”

On handling Jenna’s misfortunes on Awkward: “I don’t know if I would have the same positive composure! If some of the things that are thrown at her were thrown at me, it’s likely that I would respond sarcastically and then launch a twitter campaign against the perpetrator. #140CharacterWar.”

On the roles she’d like to play: “I would love to play a role that is someone I have not portrayed as of yet in my career. That, the variety in characters, is what I aim for and seek the most joy from in my projects.”
