Cher Lloyd: Billboard's Women in Music Luncheon 2012

Cher Lloyd meets up with Katy Perry inside the 2012 Billboard Women In Music Luncheon held at Capitale in New York City on Friday afternoon (November 30).

The 19-year-old British singer performed Katy‘s “E.T.” at the event as well as her own hit, “Want U Back.”
