OlderTia Mowry: 'The Mistle-Tones' Premieres Sunday!
Tia Mowry has some fun on the ice during ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas Winter Wonderland event held at Rockefeller Center in New York City on Sunday afternoon (December 2).
The 34-year-old actress is preparing for the premiere of her new ABC Family movie, The Mistle-Tones!
In the new musical holiday flick, Holly (Mowry), who is blessed with an amazing singing voice, is all set to audition for the newly vacated spot in a legendary local Christmas group which was founded by her late mother years ago.
Shocked and upset when the slot goes to the barely talented best friend of the group’s leader, Marci (Tori Spelling), Holly sets out to create her own musical group, The Mistle-Tones.
After challenging their rivals to a sing-off on Christmas Eve, Holly finds herself on a journey to the real meaning of Christmas–with some new friends and a new love thrown in for good measure.
The Mistle-Tones premieres Sunday, December 9th @ 8PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

I can’t wait to watch this Christmas movie, with Tia Mowry! It sounds like a fun Christmas story and I look forward to hearing her singing voice. I appreciate the fact that this is an ABC Family original as well. My DISH coworker first told me about this movie, so I won’t be missing it. I recorded it on my DISH Hopper. When I play this back tomorrow, I’ll be able to start watching on my living room TV and then continue watching on my kitchen TV right where I left off. It’s much less boring, to watch TV while I clean my house. I can tell this is going to be a fun movie!
