Hayden Panettiere is pretty in pink as she arrives at the 2012 CMT Artists Of The Year held at The Factory at Franklin on Monday evening (December 3) in Franklin, Tenn.

The 23-year-old Nashville actress dolled up in a Roberto Cavalli gown with Giuseppe Zanotti heels and Sutra jewelry.

Inside the event, Hayden changed into a cute orange mini for a segment on stage with Rascal Flatts.
