Bella Thorne feathers it up on the blue carpet at the 2012 American Giving Awards held at Pasadena Civic Auditorium on Friday night (December 7) in Pasadena, Calif.

The 15-year-old actress wore a two-tone Sherri Hill dress with Miu Miu heels for the event which honors charitable organizations and philanthropists.
