Jesse McCartney takes a stroll down Rodeo Drive on Thursday afternoon (December 13) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 25-year-old musician picked up a little something special at Jimmy Choo before grabbing an iced coffee for himself.

Earlier this week, Jesse teamed up with actress Adrienne Bailon for a visit to the UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital.

The pair spent some quality time with young patients at the hospital while doing arts and crafts and even decorating a Christmas tree!
