Zac Efron Joins 'Parkland'!

Zac Efron has just signed on the dotted line to star in the upcoming Parkland!

The 25-year-old actor joins already announced stars Paul Giamatti, Billy Bob Thornton, Marcia Gay Harden, and Jackie Weaver, with Tom Hanks attached to produce.

The movie will center around the dramatic true story of the chaotic events that occurred at Parkland Hospital in Dallas on the day President John F. Kennedy was assassinated on November 22nd, 1963. Zac will play the role of Dr. Charles “Jim” Carrico.

The movie is based on the book “Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy.”
