Ashley Tisdale hugs her boyfriend Christopher French as they pose for a photo with friends before embarking on a New Year’s Eve road trip on Saturday (December 29).
The 27-year-old actress didn’t divulge where they were headed, but shared her excitement via Twitter.

Earlier in the day, Ashley‘s good friend Samantha Droke shared a cute friendship photo before leaving.

Christopher is the UGLIEST thing I’ve ever seen. Have you seen his eyebrows… and that trash is not even famous. Scott was so much better than him.
Well I suppose if Ash is happy then its alright, I still think she was better off with Scott. Chris seems more bad boy, Scott was sweet and romantic. I just hope she doesn’t regret her choice later.
