Miranda Cosgrove rocks some cool printed pants while out at the Grove in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (January 15).

The 20-year-old actress walked and talked with a friend while they did some window shopping at the outdoor center.

Over the weekend, Miranda spent some time with her new puppy, Penelope.
