Lea Michele flashes a smile while heading to her car on Wednesday evening (January 16) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 26-year-old Glee actress spent her afternoon enjoying a pamper session at a nail salon.

While she was out, Lea donned a cute necklace that read Cory in script in honor of her boyfriend and Glee co-star Cory Monteith.
