In tonight’s episode “The Help,” when Mike (Tim Allen) concedes to Vanessa (Nancy Travis) to hire a housekeeper, the topic of immigration comes up, and Ed (Hector Elizondo) is asked to check the green cards of the Outdoor Man workers.

Meanwhile, Kristin (Amanda Fuller) finds a creative way to make extra money.
