Victoria Justice gets sparkly at the Wildfox Fall 2013 Collection Presentation & Live Performance during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week on Wednesday (February 6) held at Capitale in New York City.
The 19-year-old actress was spotted snapping photos with Vanessa Hudgens and Ashlee Simpson.
