Victoria Justice strikes a pose on the pink carpet at the Sweet 16 Teen Vogue Birthday Party for Chloe Moretz on Thursday (February 7) held at Aeropostale in the Times Square area of New York City.

The 19-year-old actress was there to celebrate her friend Chloe‘s big milestone birthday and her magazine cover. Also in attendance were Chloe Bridges, Sarah Hyland, and Ansel Elgort.
