The 19-year-old actress was spotted chatting with fans and later that night, she was seen outside her hotel talking to a lucky fan on the phone.

Earlier in the week, Victoria attended The Cinema Society And Dior Beauty premiere of Beautiful Creatures held at Tribeca Cinemas.
