Julianne Hough: Polka Dot Pretty

Julianne Hough keeps it cute in an almost all-black ensemble while arriving back at her hotel in New York City on Tuesday afternoon (February 12).

The 24-year-old actress is currently promoting her new movie, Safe Haven, around the Big Apple ahead of it’s release on Thursday night, February 14th.

Speaking with People mag, Julianne opened up about her Valentine’s Day plans with boyfriend Ryan Seacrest.

“[He likes] surprising me and ending up at a restaurant and having the place cleared out and rose petals and stuff like that,” she shared. “This year I think it will be more understated, like [celebrating] real joy of what we truly have. I have no idea, but I know there are plans. He likes to do Valentine’s Day.”
