Miranda Cosgrove: Topshop Stop

Miranda Cosgrove holds on to her pup Penelope while out at The Grove in Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon (February 12).

The 19-year-old actress stopped by the new Topshop/Topman store ahead of it’s opening to pick up a few things for the star-studded party.
