Lily Collins: Costume Designer Guild Awards 2013

Lily Collins keeps it chic in black and white as she arrives at the 2013 Costume Designers Guild Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Tuesday (February 19) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress was joined by other celebrities, including Ashley Madekwe and Christa B. Allen.
