Lucy Hale: Topshop Trip!

Lucy Hale goes incognito as she does some shopping at the new Topshop Topman store on Wednesday (February 20) at The Grove in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old Pretty Little Liars star picked up a bunch of items, walking out with three bags worth of goodies.
