Taylor Lautner is all smiles as he arrives at the 2013 Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Graydon Carter held at Sunset Tower on Sunday night (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.
The 21-year-old actor looked dapper in a blue Paul Smith suit. He was spotted posing for photos with his good friend Lily Collins.
