Justin Bieber sports a yellow, studded hat as he leaves his hotel on Wednesday (February 27) in London, England.
The 18-year-old singer’s mom Pattie recently confessed that she learned of her son’s new arm tattoo on television.

“See, sometimes I find out things like this…the same way as everyone else,” she said on The Couch talk show that morning. “I saw that like seriously five minutes before I came on. I was looking at something and I said, ‘Is that a new tattoo?’”
The night before, Justin was spotted leaving a nightclub with friends.
