Meet the new Aspen — Lucien Laviscount!

The 20-year-old British actor/singer joins the CW’s pilot The Selection alongside Yael Grobglas and Michael Malarkey (via Deadline).

Aspen Leger is a handsome/brave young man from the servant class who is having a secret, illegal relationship with America (Grobglas). Before, Aspen was played by William Moseley.

Set 300 years in the future, The Selection is billed as an epic romance centering on a working class young woman chosen by lottery to participate in a competition with 25 other ladies for Prince Maxon’s hand to become the nation’s next queen.
