Stefanie Scott is Cookies for Kids’ Cancer‘s new ambassador!

The 16-year-old actress has teamed up with the organization, encouraging kids and teens to make a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer by hosting bake sales and other local events. The mission: to urge all students to join the cause and advance pediatric cancer research.

“When I learned that 46 children are diagnosed with cancer every day and that Cookies for Kids’ Cancer is making a difference in the fight against pediatric cancer, I knew I had to get involved,” Stefanie shared in a statement. “Ive always loved to bake — especially for my brother, and when Cookies for Kids’ Cancer told me I can help kids fighting cancer by doing something as easy as hosting a bake sale, I was inspired to personally make a difference.”

She continued, “I’d like to encourage every kid, school and social group to join me in becoming a Good Cookie and host an event.”
