Liam Hemsworth & Josh Hutcherson: 'Catching Fire' Capitol Portrait!

Liam Hemsworth holds a white rose in his official Capitol portrait for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

The 23-year-old actor reprises his role as Gale in the upcoming movie, out on November 22nd. Also pictured below: Jeffrey Wright as Beetee and Josh Hutcherson as Peeta.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a “Victor’s Tour” of the districts.

Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever.

Be sure to check out Jena Malone and Jennifer‘s portraits too!

It’s interesting that Gale’s expression in this portrait so different from his usual defiant attitude. I am so glad that during the wait to find out why, I can watch The Hunger Games, and other movies with Blockbuster @Home from DISH. The quick process to update my queue online is great with my busy work schedule is at DISH. I also appreciate the option of in store exchanges when I forget to return something. Watching movies has really helped pass time until I get to find out if Katniss, is the reason for Gale’s sadness in this portrait.
