Selena Gomez hits the black carpet at The Alliance For Children’s Rights’ 21st Annual Dinner held at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Thursday night (March 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 20-year-old Spring Breakers actress looked chic in a floor length dress with cut-outs on the waist and sleeves.
