Demi Lovato picks up a coffee to go while out and about in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday afternoon (March 15).

The 20-year-old actress tweeted later on in the day, “For some reason I feel like today’s my birthday or something… #ONE”

Just the day before, Demi was spotted with black covered hands and arms while heading to the set of her music video shoot for “Heart Attack”.
