Later in the comments she wrote, “This was a challenging and seriously fun tattoo for me to do.”

Enough with the tattoos already.
Again? Why would Miley even let that weirdo woman touch her? Stop it Miley, just stop and think. A few tats are OK, but this is getting out of control.
