Debby Ryan is classy in maroon as she arrives at the 1st Annual Norma Jean Gala held at the TCL Chinese Theatre on Wednesday (March 20) in Hollywood.

The 19-year-old actress, in a Heartloom dress, was joined by other celebrities, including Neil Patrick Harris and Busy Phillips.
