Lily Collins: Book Signing with Cassandra Clare!

Lily Collins joins author Cassandra Clare for a book signing at Barnes and Noble in Los Angeles on Thursday night (March 21).

The 24-year-old actress was on hand to help Cassandra sign copies of her new novel, “Clockwork Princess”.

“I love the stories,” Lily shared with MTV of her Mortal Instruments character. “I love Clary because she’s this heroine who’s this normal girl, who finds out she has these powers.”

She added of the film, which debuts in August, “The emotion is there. It’s not just a CGI world. It’s not just a translation of a book. It’s more emotionally, character-based than just aesthetically beautiful.”
