Bella Thorne is pretty in blue as she arrives at Sur Lounge to attend the Boohoo Tea Party for the Summer 2013 preview collection on Tuesday afternoon (March 26) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 15-year-old Shake It Up star was joined at the event by her pal Noah Cyrus.
