'One Tree Hill' One Year Later: Where Are They Now?

Sophia landed a lead role in the short-lived CBS comedy Partners and is currently working on a pilot for NBC titled Hatfields & McCoys, where she’ll play a girl named Emma – the eldest McCoy sibling, a doctor, and the golden child of the family. When she’s not acting, Sophia takes part in a number of charities, including F-ck Cancer.
