Gabby Douglas: DVF Awards 2013

Gabby Douglas speaks on stage at the 2013 DVF Awards held at United Nations on Friday evening (April 5) in New York City.

The 17-year-old Olympian was on hand to present an award to Tammy Tibbetts.

“It was such an extreme honor to meet and present the @DVF 2013 People’s Voice Award to Tammy Tibbetts last night! #inspired,” Gabby tweeted.

The DVF Awards aim to provide recipients with the exposure and resources needed to extend their critical efforts on behalf of women’s causes and honors four recipients annually who have displayed leadership, strength, and courage in their commitment to their causes.
