Debby Ryan: Kate Young for Target Launch

Debby Ryan steps out for the Kate Young for Target launch event on Tuesday (April 9) in New York City.

The 19-year-old actress was joined by Michelle Williams, Kate Mara, and Maggie Gyllenhaal.

“Doing a lot of not sleeping for someone who’s waking up in 2.5 hours for a flight at stupid o’clock. I’m regretting this already. #Pregret,” she recently tweeted.

Last month, Debby hit the orange carpet at the 2013 Kids’ Choice Awards held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles.
