Demi Lovato is gorgeous as she goes makeup-free for People magazine’s 2013 Most Beautiful photo shoot.
The 20-year-old actress/singer opens up about her skin care rituals in a new behind-the-scenes video.

“When I don’t have makeup on, I feel confident,” she says. “The main thing that’s normally covered up when I put makeup on is my under eyes.”
