In “Scandal Royale,” Naomi (McCord) protects Jordan’s (Robbie Jones) sister Elizabeth (Keke Palmer) from trouble with Royal; Silver receives news from her doctor; Annie (Shenae Grimes) goes to Paris for a book tour in hopes of moving on from Liam (Matt Lanter); and Adrianna (Lowndes) performs at a concert that ends in chaos.
