Candice Glover Heads Home to St. Helena

Candice Glover gets a yummy looking cake during her hometown welcoming over the weekend in St. Helena Island, South Carolina.

The 23-year-old American Idol finalist admitted to People that she left the stress behind for the weekend home. But it quickly returned.

“During the concert and the parade, when I got to just sit in the car and see the people, I put aside the show completely and I wasn’t stressed,” she shared.

Candice continued, “We have three songs to sing this week but that wasn’t on my mind at all but the minute we got back to California I was feeling it again.”
