Sami Gayle & Cameron Monaghan Join 'Vampire Academy'

Sami Gayle keeps it chic on the red carpet at the screening of At Any Price in New York City last month.

It was just announced (via Deadline) that the 17-year-old actress will be joining Vampire Academy along with Cameron Monaghan, Ashley Charles and Claire Foy.

Sami will play nemesis Mia, while Cameron, 19, will take on the role of Mason Ashford, best friend to Rose, who becomes a romantic interest.

Based on Richelle Mead‘s popular book series, the books focus on Rose Hathaway (Zoey Deutch) , a teenage Dhampir girl, who is training to be a bodyguard for her Moroi best friend, Lissa (Lucy Fry). But in the process of training, Rose falls into a forbidden love with her instructor, Dimitri Belikov (Danila Kozlovsky).

FYI: Sami is also pictured at the premiere of The English Teacher, the 2013 New York Emmy Awards and at the Catherine Martin And Miuccia Prada Dress Gatsby Opening Cocktail Party.
